The total cost to build a location varies anywhere from €60,000- €220,000. You’re probably wondering why such a wide investment range. Well, this investment range varies so greatly because of several different factors. We have three different business models; a Take Away Delivery Kiosk Model (up to 4 tables), a Small Café Model (up to 35 seats) & Brick & Mortar model (Full Coffee House, above 35 seats). Depending on which model you decide to build, depending on many factors such as what area your in, what square meterage is the space you want to lease, what condition is the space in (is it a second hand Cafe or does it need a gut renovation), all of those factors will determine where you fall within this investment range of €50,000 – €200,000.

Our franchise fee is based on the model you choose, this already factored into the investment range.
